Notes on data processing
Information obligations, according to Art. 13 and 14 GDPR (EU Regulation 679/2016)
Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in our company and our products. The protection of your data and the protection of your privacy when using our web pages are of great importance to us. We therefore ask you to read the following information:
1) Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our website without having to provide any personal data. Personal data are only collected to the extent that you provide them through a communication with us. In the absence of explicit consent from the User, this data will only be used for the purpose of the execution of the contract and the processing of the User's requests. Once received, personal data will be stored for a certain period of time in accordance with legal and data retention terms, and will be deleted upon expiry of these terms.
2) Cookie
Our website uses so-called "cookies", which enable us to make our services more effective, safer and easier to use, as well as to speed up navigation on our website. Cookies also allow us to track the number of visits to a particular page and to evaluate the general navigation on our website. Cookies are small text strings that are stored on the User's computer. We would like to inform you that some of these cookies are stored on your computer by our server: these are mostly so-called "session cookies". Session cookies" are characterised by the fact that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a browser session. Other cookies, on the other hand, remain saved on your computer, enabling us to recognise you when you visit our website again (so-called "permanent cookies"). You can prevent cookies from being saved by means of a setting in your browser software; we would like to inform you that the use of such a setting may prevent the proper use of some of the functions of this website.
3) Using the Conversion Tracking function of Google AdWords
This website uses the online advertising programme 'Google AdWords' and, as part of Google AdWords, the Conversion Tracking function. The Conversion Tracking cookie comes into operation when a User clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text strings that are stored on the User's computer. They have a duration of 30 days and are not used in any way to identify the User. Should the User visit certain pages of this site while the cookie is still active, we and Google will be able to see that the User clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords Customer receives a different cookie, so it is not possible to track cookies across AdWords Customers' web pages. The information collected through the Conversion Tracking cookies is used to create Conversion statistics for AdWords Customers who have opted to use Conversion Tracking. Clients learn the total number of Users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a Conversion Tracking tag. However, Clients do not receive any personally identifiable information about the User. If the User does not wish to participate in tracking, he/she can deactivate Google Conversion Tracking cookies in the User Settings of his/her Internet browser. In this way, the User will not be taken into account for the purposes of Conversion Tracking statistics. For further information on data protection by Google, we invite the User to visit http://www.google.it/policies/privacy/.
4) Web analysis services
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information about your use of this website generated by the cookie is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If anonymous surfing is activated on this website, within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, Google undertakes to shorten the IP address at source. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by the User's browser as part of Google Analytics will not become part of any other data held by Google. You can prevent cookies from being saved by means of a setting in your browser software; please note that if you use such a setting, you may not be able to use some of the functions of this website properly. In addition, you can prevent the data generated by the cookie in connection with your use of the website (including your IP address) from being collected and processed by Google by downloading and installing the corresponding browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it. To ensure maximum data protection, this website uses Google Analytics with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension. This extension ensures that IP addresses are only used and processed in abbreviated form in order to exclude any possibility of tracing back to the person of the user.
5) Custom rights and contact information
The User has the right at any time and free of charge to inquire about his saved personal data, as well as to request its correction, blocking or deletion. If you have any questions about the collection of data, their processing and use, you can contact us directly. The same applies to information on personal data, their blocking, deletion or rectification, as well as the revocation of previously granted consents.
